Trash Wraps brighten Indianapolis Downtown – Downtown visitors to help clean

From the end of February nearly 200 Downtown trash will be dressed in colorful packaging. The envelope in motion are blue and green with the message “Put litter in its place” and “Keep Downtown Clean.” The purpose of this initiative is to encourage consumers pointed to the trash into the barriers and educating Downtown public cleanliness.
